I knew John would be our "right match" from our first meeting! He was very professional and personable. He explained all the legal requirements so we were clear in our mind about what was expected. His attention to detail is second to none! He also provided us with a lot of printed information that was very informative and helpful.
John was also very flexible with arranging meeting times and even drove all the way over to the other side of town to our home so we wouldn't need to arrange a baby sitter!
